Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 9, 2026

Audmit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This process outlines how to report claims of intellectual property infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please notify our Designated Agent. To be effective, your notification must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, including a URL or sufficiently detailed description to allow us to locate it.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Designated Agent Contact Information

Please send all infringement claims to our Designated Agent at:

Audmit
Attn: DMCA Agent
Email: legal@audmit.com

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent containing:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with applicable law, Audmit maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Trademark Claims

If you wish to report a trademark infringement, please use a separate process by contacting the same designated agent via email at legal@audmit.com. Please provide details of your trademark, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information.

6. Limitations

This process is solely for claims of infringement regarding content hosted on the audmit.com website. Audmit provides technology and AI compliance-consulting services, but we are not a law firm.
